Salary: £ 21,645 basic salary + £ 2000 OTE bonus

What are you going to do?

 

As a service advisor, you will communicate with high-level clients and handle tickets according to set deadlines and difficulty. You will quickly and calmly identify the needs of our customers and respond appropriately to the severity of the incident. Using your communication and interpersonal skills, you will capture and prioritize a variety of incidents while managing customer expectations around the time of a decision.

 

 

You will be responsible for incidents that have a significant impact when they are brought, and make sure we use contact points within and outside the company to resolve them quickly.

 

 

Customer service in this role is critical to ensuring that we provide the best care to our customers when building relationships effectively. Efficiency is also important for success because you will manage a variety of workloads that will include handling incoming and outgoing calls as well as answering email. emails and web chat notifications.

Can work in a private and distracting space where there must be doors that you can close to keep from making noise and where your laptop screen will not be visible to others due to data protection

You will need a table and a suitable chair to work comfortably and professionally
